As part of my effort to lose the weight on my hips that has collected after two children (the "I just breastfed and the weight melted off" people can suck it), I joined weight watchers. So, this is my collection of recipes that are of the lower in fat/calorie/sodium and higher fiber variety. PLEASE feel free to e-mail any recipes that you have tried and liked that you think would fit in my collection.
